To first understand why you're not hearing from the guy, you first have to understand WHY guys call in the first place.
If he is interested in getting to know you, or if he still has potential interest in you, he WILL call.
If you're not hearing from him, he's just not THAT into you! (Yes, like the book of the same name!)
You're probably wondering what you did wrong to have him allergic to his phone.
A number of possibilities exist and no matter how much you try and analyze it all, it's not worth stressing out about.
Because it could be any number of things...
If he never called in the first place, he may never have even had the intention of calling you.
If you initiated wanting him to call, he may have agreed to just be polite.
Maybe he just wanted an ego stroke. Who knows?
If he stopped calling you out of nowhere, perhaps things weren't going as well as you thought.
There is no excuse in the world for a guy when he really wants to call a woman. He knows this.

Should I Call Him?

However, being in similar situations over time, sometimes I just can't shake the feeling off. I have to do something.
In this case, I would just do a HAPPY, light, positive and flirty text or message (a call is too direct, and it won't help if he's in the middle of something).
If you come across agitated, annoyed, frustrated, upset, mad or any other negative emotion, don't call. It won't work in your favor.
Don't ask to see him or question why you haven't heard from him.
You have to come across like the world doesn't revolve around him. It doesn't! He is just a small addition to your already happy and busy life, and life goes on with or without him.

What this does is it gives him a chance to wonder about you. He will think whether you're still interested in him and this is a good thing. He will DESIRE you.
It also gives him a chance to MISS you, if he's already gotten to know you.
You will feel much BETTER when he calls you first!
But don't act too excited or filled with relief. ;) And definitely don't give him heck. It's best to act like you didn't even notice he didn't call sooner, 'cause time flies when you're having fun, right?!
